Dating Again...
our first date was spontaneous. communication has been shockingly easy so far… and i smile to think of seeing him at the end of the day… or to get emails during a break at work. It’s nice to feel this change from the relationship I had before.

KRS-one once said our community was filled with “colorful names” .... this is so true.. and it explodes in our literature, music and everyday life. From the time i was 2 years old i was Pookie and i played with the neighborhood kids The Twins, Boobie and Big V ... of course none of these names were on our birth certificate, but who knew back then what we would become ........
Fumbling Around Salt Lake City
took myself out to find a jazz spot last night… felt like i was stuck in the movie hitch,and it occurred to me that folks may need to change up their subtle “i’m interested and want to talk to you” moves… at least where i’m concerned.
